I was diagnosed with IBS in my late 20s and told by doctors I would live with it forever. Not very encouraging.

When I was suffering and needed help the most, I felt so alone. I don’t wish that experience on anyone. So, now I dedicate my time to supporting people like me.

My experience is shared by millions around the world. It’s messy out there, with confusing, conflicting advice and restrictive diets. It can feel isolating, anxiety producing and hopeless to  wonder why nothing’s working.

My mission, after recovering fully from IBS, is to raise awareness, create community and empower people  to take control of their digestive health and healing.

There are natural options to overcome mysterious, challenging digestive issues, and you don’t need a diagnosis to do it.

You just need faith, perseverance and the right guidance.

I offer primary testing consults and second opinion consults to save time and get on the right track.

The causes of digestive issues and/or IBS are different for everyone. The gut is the center of emotion, immunity, and digestion and requires very personalized attention, support, intervention, and investigation.

Because gut issues often increase anxiety and brain fog, it’s hard to wade through all the information yourself and not get stressed. I help people separate fact from fiction, create a solid plan, and calm the nervous system.

My approach

I use stool and breath testing to find the root cause of digestive dysfunction, things like infections, overgrowth, inflammation, and deficiencies. These at-home tests can be sent all over the world.

I use natural interventions, personalized to each person based on test results. Here’s a look at one of the tests I use, the GI Map.

To boost protocol efficacy, I work with the subconscious mind, using brain rewiring techniques.

To support physical healing, it’s important to examine the subconscious root of stress, anxiety, self sabotage, tension, pain and depression.

A “pharmaceutical deficiency” was not the cause of my digestive issues and was not likely to fix it. A health history and test review is much more likely to pinpoint the root cause.

I have had client success stories because I address the whole person in a wholistic mind body approach.

My story

It took me 6 years to find a solution for my IBS, after trying many things that did not work. I thought I had tried everything, but I finally recovered when I tried the right thing for my body.

I have been IBS free for 17 years and have enjoy a life of travel, fun, community and hard work. I’m healthier now, in many ways, then before I had IBS.

IBS was a great teacher in my life. Now I teach others how to regain their health and confidence.

How I healed myself

For more details about my healing story, you can listen to this podcast.

The synopsis: It took me a year to heal. I used supplements, a grain-free/sugar-free diet, a liver cleanse, and balanced my nervous system (this means living life on my terms).

Right now, I eat what I want, with the exception of avoiding gluten.

And I fell in love with cooking and baking along the way.

Since I can’t follow recipes, I make up my own, cooking  90 percent of my meals.

I have authored cookbooks for people with IBS and a guide to eradicating h. pylori, one of the most common, hidden infections that cause digestive issues (SIBO, candida, bacterial overgrowth, parasites).
