My SIBO Story

 

Five years ago, I gained a lot of weight for no apparent reason and started bloating after eating higher FODMAP foods like cauliflower. I ran the SIBO test on myself and it came back off-the-charts positive for hydrogen.

 

The photos above are before and after photos of me when I had SIBO. It obviously took more than 6 weeks to lose all that weight, but once I addressed SIBO it came right off. 

 

It was supposed to take me 4 months to clear it but it only took 6 weeks. I explain how I did it in the guide and also show how to avoid the most common mistakes I see people make with SIBO.

The missing part of SIBO is working with the brain and nervous system. I devote the last section of the guide to this and the connection between trauma and poor motility, including what to do about it.
