Bodies tend to shift in ~90-day cycles. That’s why this is a 3-month container—not a weekend reset.

  • Month 1: The Beginning (the most important part—together).
    We create safety and rhythm: steadier meals, minerals, breath, light, and sleep. This is where your nervous system says, “I’m safe to heal.” I’m with you step by step so you’re not white-knuckling the start.
  • Month 2: Flow & Spark.
    We open gentle drainage and liver flow, then support thyroid “warmth” so energy and digestion keep pace.
  • Month 3: Gut Repair that sticks.
    Soothe → seal → (re)seed—at the right time and speed for your body, once the upstream blocks are out of the way.

  • Medical diagnosis or medication management. This is education and coaching, not medical care. (We happily work alongside your providers.)
  • Acute/crisis needs. If you’re in an active eating-disorder or medical emergency, or severe unaddressed mental health crisis,  seek clinical care first.
  • No time for practice. You’ll need ~60–75 minutes weekly for calls and ~15–20 minutes most days for simple practices.
  • No interest in community. Community is part of the medicine. If you want zero group interaction consider a 1:1 option.

My story is probably much like yours...

In my late 20s and early 30s, my digestion ran my life. I bounced from specialist to specialist, collected “normal” labs, and left every appointment with a new restriction or a shrug. I tried a carousel of alternative practitioners, too—some help here and there, but nothing that held. I was exhausted, scared to eat, and starting to lose hope.

What finally worked was beautifully simple—and utterly different from what I’d been told:

  • I changed how I ate so my body felt safe again.

  • I balanced minerals using HTMA, so my system had the raw materials to function.

  • And I slowed down—nervous system regulation, not more willpower.

My gut calmed. My energy returned. And it stayed. I’ve been free of digestive symptoms for 21 years.

About 13 years ago, I became a health coach to help people who felt like I did—nowhere to turn, tired of guessing, ready for something that actually works. Working with clients taught me what my own journey hinted at: digestive issues are rarely just physical and rarely just emotional or mental. Real, lasting healing happens when we address all of you—body, mind, emotions, and spirit (your energy). When we do only one slice, symptoms may quiet for a while, then creep back. When we care for the whole, things finally hold.

 

Along the way I have worked with hundreds of people and deepened my toolkit so I could meet people where they are:

  • Certified hypnotherapist — understanding the subconscious (the “emotional body” where so much programming lives)

  • Energy practices — especially chi gong, to build calm from the inside out

  • Inquiry + mindset work — gentle ways to shift the stories that keep us stuck

  • Functional medicine & nutrition — practical steps for the body and gut that make a measurable difference

All of these pieces matter. And they look different for each person. I believe we’re here for unique reasons and we have very different bodies—which is why one-size-fits-all plans rarely work. But when I teach you how to heal, you keep that skill forever. You learn the most important thing in your world: how to care for yourself so you can stay healthy and in balance.

This is why I created Self-Healing Body—to start where your body needs it most, remove the blocks, and let your gut (and life) settle into ease. We take care of the body so the soul can do what it came here to do—and so you can feel safe to be yourself and speak your truth.
