How broth heals the gut holistically

Broth is one of the best foods for gut healing and general recovery. And it doesn’t just address the body. I’ve been learning about and using the power of broth to help myself and my clients carve their healing path.

There is a LOT to know about healing with broth and I’ve simplified and condensed it into my “Bone Broth is Magic” e-book.

I’ve beautifully designed a free, 21-page healing guide to teach you everything you need to know to make broth easier to make AND to tolerate.

I am so excited about sharing this guide with you because it’s more than just how to’s and recipes, it offers a different perspective on food and healing.

Yes you’ll learn how to make it and use it, and why it’s so good for gut healing, but we will go deeper into mind body healing.

The guide includes:

A three-day broth based cleanse to recover from flares and

Recipes to support the adrenals and detox.

How to use broth to work with all the parts of yourself : mind, body, emotions and energy field.

Broth is an ancient remedy that’s still widely used in our age of medical advancements, because despite all the cutting edge discoveries, it offers unparalleled support.

Find out how to use this old school remedy in new ways.

And hopefully it will help you think about health and healing differently. Getting back to basics.

What I’ve learned as a gut health coach

After years of working with clients it became obvious to me that healing is not just physical.

We need to address more than the body. That is why many protocols fail. The same protocol could also work well if you prepare and support the body to heal.

Our body is influenced by the conscious mind and subconscious emotions. And while it may seem overwhelming to deal with all the moving pieces, it actually makes things easier when you address the missing piece of healing.

This is why my coaching practice has evolved from supplement protocols to working with the whole person. Addressing the deep issues.

Healing takes a deep exploration into what actually needs healing. What are we running from, avoiding, blind to?

An individualized healing approach

We can’t just give everyone generic diets or protocols anymore. That rarely works.

We tailor the approach to a person’s strengths and desires, including them in the process by helping them gain understanding and ownership. This of course provides motivation to keep going. Healing becomes easier and more interesting instead of depressing and fear inducing.

Sometimes a healing approach can add more mental and emotional stress. And unsurprisingly, that approach almost never works. All of you needs to be onboard.

You need to feel safe, trusting and at ease to pave the road towards progress. If your practitioner doesn’t make you feel that way, find someone who does.

If what you have done has not worked, it is probably because it only addressed a part of you.

Holistic healing through broth

If you want to know more about how I work, my free Bone Broth guide invites you to explore broth as a tool for balancing the gut, the mind, the emotions and the spirit.

It is full of practical information and healing philosophy to inspire you to look at healing differently because all important change starts in the mind.

Broth will not only repair the gut lining, but help balance the nervous system the supports gut healing. Broth opens you up to the lifestyle and frame of mind of healing. It is a tool that becomes more powerful when you use it right.

No more quick fixes and over restriction. There is a better way to heal.
