A New Paradigm in Healing
When healing attempts don’t work we often try again with the same paradigm. Like a stronger or different protocol, cutting more foods, being stricter/doing more, gathering more research.
The right paradigm for healing always takes you into account.
It can feel rebellious or scary to follow your own path when experts with impressive credentials carve another path, but they don’t know:
- Your body’s unique history
- Your life experiences and beliefs
- Your way of approaching problems
- Your biochemistry, patterns, and triggers
This is why one-size-fits-all approaches are hit or miss. But what’s another path that feels safe enough to follow?
I want to give you a clear outline of a holistic path, because different is often threatening to a system that is trying to find safety. I’ve put the outline of the Self Healing Body below.
We look at patterns that keep you stuck
Personality traits and patterns can quietly derail healing, we learn how to work around ours. For example:
- The controller → drawn to strict plans, but reinforcing unhealthy patterns that lead to emotional exhaustion.
- The certainty-seeker → waits for the perfect plan, but stays frozen when the road isn’t clear.
- The perfectionist → overlooks subtle signs of progress because healing doesn’t look exactly as expected.
Even when we “know” what to do, our own personality patterns can keep us stuck in a loop. I wrote a post about how to find your healing pattern here.
Why the Self-Healing Body is different from what you’ve tried
After 13+ years of study, experimentation, and lived experience, I’ve developed a system that brings all my insights together.
It’s called the Self-Healing Body — a 12-week group coaching program designed to help you:
- Reconnect with your body

The journey begins October 11th. We pause for two weeks over the holidays and resume in January, so you’ll have support during a busy season — while still enjoying life.

Phase 2: Body Systems (Weeks 5–6)

- Week 5: Gut & Adrenals → Symptom patterns, habits to support digestion + resilience, tying in stress triggers to cortisol release
- Week 6: Liver & Thyroid → Detox and metabolism support, symptom mapping, understanding your triggers
Phase 3: Root-Level Healing (Weeks 7–10)
